Can you get exotic enchantents (powerful, agile etc) by fishing on the dark sea? or only via sealed chests?
You can only get exotic fishing enchants from fishing in the dark sea
The rest of the exotic scrolls, excluding the shovel enchants, are all dark sealed drops
