since the nimbus sea will be the next set spawn point it’ll be annoying to get to sailor lodge or cirrus while you could just be in the nimbus sea and fight people who will actually raise your fame/bounty by a greater factor.
I didn’t think about fame or bounty, though I can still see some assholes going to terrorize lower levels for no reason. People are pretty shit sometimes, afterall

I disagree.
Why would finding somebody within 10 levels of you be difficult at max level when the only people that would be in that sea with you are also nearing max level?
my ass when i have to go back to the first sea because the nimbus sea probably doesn’t have that much good stuff yet, and vetex still thinks not letting us choose our spawn points is a valid thing to do
