i wanted to have a few intensity to reduce cds a bit. what’s the most effective amount to go for ?

I’d say get a Sandy Enhanced Intensity Fair amulet, and try out that amount. If you want less, equip a worse intensity item instead and see how that feels. Once you know how much intensity you want, figure out how to get it with the rest of the stats you want as efficiently as possible.

i was hoping for a specific amount off a certain item but that helps too. ty

You really don’t need an Intensity Amulet, since not only is 100+ Intensity pure overkill, but it also limits the rest of your build’s potential. Generally, 40-70 is enough to work with.

Some decent items to use for Intensity would be Caped Golden Pauldrons, Elite Knight’s Pauldrons, and Rear Admiral Amelia’s Tarnished Cloak. You can use the Superheated modifier or Charged enchantment to close the gap between barely anything and 40-70.
