does the luck potion from golden fish scales affect the sunken catch rates?

idk i would probably think so

but if it doesn’t affect sunken catch rates it should increase rare fish catch chances

raises the chance of rare fish, golen fish, giant fish, sunken items, gems from rocks and chests, npc drops, enchant scrolls
