is there a way to cancel the Cazal quest? I unfortunately skipped through the dialogue when talking to him and now i’m locked into his questline. I’ve looked at his dialogue through youtube and now I’m wondering if his quest will change the plot/ending in some way and I dont really want to do his quest on this slot.

Yeah, it’d be stupid for the Three Fingers to change Elden Ring’s ending.
You can’t cancel later parts of quests with multiple parts, since you wouldn’t be able to get it back. You also can’t currently finish Cazal’s questline, since dragons aren’t in the game yet.

even if you want to go with that then remember, Elden ring lets us undo the three fingers so…
