Question: How do I make a good Clan discord server?

What are good tips to making a good clan?
Ive already gotten 5 members and plan on getting more, what should I add to my server atm? I removed Carl-Bot due to alligations, but currently I have MEE6 and another bot, what should I add to make it a better clan server? And how should my rule format go?
