I have three questions.

1: Can you despawn your boat manually and redock it (not the same as respawning it using a shipright)

2: Can you put markers on your map

3: Is there a way to search for regeants and catalysts in your inventory or is it supposed to be a do-it-yourself type of deal

Markers are so important for traveling T-T

You can always grab a quest and never complete it, then use the quest marker as a navigation marker

Not really, the best thing for navigation is the compass.
