1. Do potency gems increase the duration of buffs from other people’s potions?
2. I remember in World of Magic, explosion spells wouldn’t hit more than 5 people at a time. Does this apply to Burst/Greatburst/Nova/Supernova potions?

No, unless it has changed recently, update or bug. After the aura nerf, we use to use gilded greatburst potions to give 10 people luck V.

I guess it was intentional.
