Anyone competent enough with blocking/parrying can become effectively immortal if they build their set-up correctly (or just run mage because that has absurd damage and the least risk of getting hit)

I think you really underestimate how massive 5% lifesteal is when it comes to self-sustain

or you can run strength builds to burst the shit out of people and not worry about hp regen because your fights will end fast if they don’t zone the shit out of you

wait this is literally Banhammer Phighting lmao (Phighter who cannot regenerate shield naturally (which naturally regenerates when not hit) but regens it when hitting his abilities)

feralborn cannot run for long due to stamina regen and they cant block.
sangrim only gets the boost for bleeding in a short radius.
dolorian doesnt get that much boost from healing cause its only 25% of damage dealt.
voidborn is a glass cannon not rlly a mosquito.
demon is bad in sea battle and against cold magics so thats its downside.
starforged will keep the energy charging mechanic but it will have reduced benefits of food since it has an energy cap thats low (reduced hp etc).
thornkin is just meant to be a tank that has some skill of returning dmg back to your opponent
Slime is prob bad yes i should add more to it

you’ve never used agility if you believe the stamina drain is enough to balance out the mobility. The neat part of agility is that your dashes eventually become self-sustainable due to how long they are that you regenerate all your stamina mid dash.

who cares about the short range that’s just a flat buff to strength

25% of 300 is 75 and that for every move hit is massive

lower gravity = you’re a mosquito that cannot be hit

“x class is worse in specific condition so that’s the downside” doesn’t apply because it just dominates every other case otherwise

starforged has no downside or anything because you’re not running out of energy mid-fight regardless unless the cap is utterly tiny in which case it’s just current ao combat which is boring

tanks in ao still have to be able to do some damage this isn’t an mmorpg where you have dps and damage sponges everyone has to be able to do some of what everyone else can do to be able to actually play the game

thats ur opinion on the immortal part but i disagree i think 5% lifesteal for no regeneration is a pretty fair trade off
