Id say blasted power amulets but ive only thought about it for like 2 min so i could be forgetting about some items

They drop from Lurkers, you can use them to make potions of some sort.
lurkers are hidden under whirlpools very sneeky

there’s not a 100% chance of them spawning tho
and they mostly spawn in bigger whirlpools
Never said they were rare/hard to obtain but theyre rare in the sense that barely anyone has 1 if any at all in their inv. Barely anyone farms lurkers

Revealing 4/5 so not very useful since revealing 3 is way easier to get and usually good enough already
Anyways if you dont consider them rare then just consider my other answer (blasted power amulets) instead cuz those are rare both droprate and inventory wise
