Rarity of items

In the future and in this update, what do you all think about the rarity of items? rarity as in their chance to drop from something and what their actual rarity is.
An example is sunken sword, in your opinion is it deserving of the rare rarity and should it be that good and also that rare? what should be the gap between the rarities in terms of strength, usefulness, methods to obtain them or the chance to drop them?

based on this tweet vetex (hopefully) doesn’t care about the people complaining, imo idm about the rarity as it gives me something to do but i do understand why it’s frustrating to the average player

problem is most rare items suck, its too much rng, the grinding isnt all that fun

In my opinion, rare items shouldn’t be OP. They should be special in a way and look cool, but not op.

PvP should be based on skill, not how lucky you are. An example of a stupidly op item was the legendary weapons in AA, where if you got one of them, it would be incredibly difficult to defeat you.

An example of RNG done right, is shinies in Pokémon. While being really rare (1/8000 chance), they are pretty good looking (Sometimes. Let’s not talk about stuff like shiny Sceptile.).

Idk, I kinda liked the idea of legendary weapons but hey they were seriously overpowered… aint gonn lie tho durandal q was the thing back then

Vetex has confirmed legendary weapons so I wonder how op they are gonna be. Hopefully they aren’t crazy op because I have bad luck.

Personally as long as people can’t pay robux to get rare and op items (or even have better chances), I’m fine with grinding. Besides that I agree with what @TotallyNotANerd said about the rare items. They have some sort of novelty that makes them worth grinding for, but they don’t give a massive advantage over other players.
