I kinda want to be able to do pvp and pve
i havent been into ao build-making too much recently but this is like a 5/10 from what i know.
You need way more power (at least around 100 minimum), defense is fine, but the main issue is you have 2 drawback (which looks to be from painites?) and basically no substats at all. Additionally youre using dense on the plunderers when for every gun youd want to run tempered because they dont benefit from size much, so id start by changing the plunderers enchant to tempered if youre keen on using that, and trying to get your power up by changing around gear
as for pve you would mainly want a ton of piercing and power, defense doesnt matter as much, weapons would ideally be tempered dual swiftstrider flintlocks for high damage while an npc is charging something up or just standing still, tempered silent blades for survivability and crowd control with beast instinct, and 3rd weapon is mostly up to preference but you can use a shield for support with the blocking power increase and roar of glory skill, as well as applying bruised to increase the damage of your other weapons (can either run atlantean shield for more defense or steel shield for more blocking power, can check wiki to see exact values), or if you dont want to use a shield you can use a tempered siren bow for a mix of crowd control and good single target damage with storm of arrows (disarmed from elius bow) and quick draw
for pvp- i cant really tell what amulet you have but judging by the stats and enchants id assumeits probably a frozen defense amulet
im going to assume this is a budget build, so without changing too much you can do something like this to get more power, more defense, and more size with no drawback
alternatively you could sacrifice some defense for more power and size, and still have a good bit of both while being generally inexpensive (drowned is one of the best modifiers despite being one of the most common)
alternatively you could also just go farm hallbjorn for his set which is quite good for budget builds, being easier to obtain than new modified titanium and being strictly better in almost every way
as for pve, you could run the same build as pvp if you want since pve isnt too hard in AO, but if you want a minmaxed budget pve set you can use something like this
(imbued bogatyr, everything else should be obvious)

again, i havent done much in the build-making scene of ao recently so somebody could probably make better/cheaper builds that are just more efficient but theres my opinion and suggestions
