Bingo. Until thereās options for members of clans or entire clans to opt out of PvP, if youāre in a clan, expect PvP.
Iām sure that the rest of the clan would still consider the custom magic people to be members, they just wouldnāt be able to contribute to the clan in-game.

maybe Iām just tired, but this makes no sense to me
so you are suggesting that a CLAN LEADER remove himself from HIS CLAN so that he can use a new feature available to all players instead of his overpowered developer magic? I HIGHLY doubt he will do this unless he is forced to. and even so, HE HAS A DEV MAGIC 
he doesnt need a PvP toggle because he wins every fight. and as a clan leader who has been asked to leave his clan many times, I would never do that, especially if I had a cool instawin infamy button.

And this is why something needs to change: There is a conflict of interest, one clan is given an advantage over all others. The dev magic that was given to deal with getting swarmed by people attacking them can be abused for the benefit of a particular clan. Even if they donāt deliberately go on the offensive, Iām sure they can find plenty of ways to justify its use as a ādefensiveā tool and get some extra infamy for their clan.
Before, PvP was unavoidable, and thus having a special tool to deal with extremely high amounts of PvP that wasnāt caused by the leaderboards was justified. Now that there will be a PvP toggle, there is no justifiable reason for the custom magics to be overpowered - the people that would previously need such things can choose whether to PvP, whether through the PvP toggle or choosing to be in a clan.

even though vetex prolly wont change it and customs wonāt get nerfed, this is understandable
A simple solution would be to just make it so their custom magic reverts back to the original magic they chose when pvp is enabled

AT LEAST, tech thankfully apologized for his poor behaviour which is kind of noble of him to do, but I wonāt forget of what he said in the screenshots

i cannot respect a game whose higher ups act like literal immature children. this gives a very bad look for the game, it would be in vetexās best interest to get all of this checked out and resolved or it will forever tarnish the gameās reputation
