hey, i run a small guild called Teahouse Parcel. i’ve been wondering how i can pull in reliable members more consistently, for now i’ve really only been chatting with some people, getting to know them, and inviting them to my guild if they’re not in one
i’ve been thinking about posting in the guild recruitment section, but i’m not entirely sure yet
recruit people in-game who have discord
start off by helping people and shit, or just have a conversation,
then slide the question “do you have disc” somewhere in there
if yes, continue
if not, just don’t bother
ask them if they want a guild and shit and lead em into it

discord is legal on roblox, and the whole point is recruiting people who already have it
thats stupid, roblox really is dumb, allowing us to share discord links on game pages, but not in-game
since its a 13+ application, why not just censor it to people who have their age set below 13, truly a roblox moment

Unlike in other roblox games, the guilds will be based around quality instead of quantity. Keep that in mind when considering people early on. I believe the max member cap is around 200, but it takes a while to get there. Don’t be distraught if you don’t have a lot of people starting off.
