Red Lightning?

so i’m doing a Dark Sea expedition, and besides my Painites, I keep seeing red lightning. that got me thinking; why is lightning red in the dark sea?

we have 3 color choices when we choose our lightning; purple, blue, and yellow. so how come lightning turns red in the Dark Sea? it it connected to the Vatrachos armor or Drawback in general? or is it the Chaos or whatever in the air that causes some sort of reaction to make it red?

(or it could just look cool, which it does. kind of wish we had red lightning though.)

its called ancient lightning, probably some form of super-magically-charged lightning due to the nature of dark sea

ohhhh that makes sense. so it is probably a reaction of some sort

Honestly, I always thought about it as blaze lightning.

I cannot explain why, but its got memorized in my head as blaze lightning. I have no proofs tho.

Blaze is red lightning in the webcomic, rather than orange, so it’s not unreasonable to confuse Blaze with Ancient Lightning.

Yes but it’s natural for people to assume that its representation of how Blaze looks is accurate.

it’s called ancient lightning…according to the egg tome, which was in the game for only one month. this is mentioned absolutely nowhere else in the game
