Reducing the magic jump’s distance, should also reduce the cooldown (20s iirc) to 15 or 10, since 50% jump as of now, is barely enough height to do anything in just 1 jump.
Also, the magic jump’s cooldown should scale off of the strength and level of the player.
For example, 30% would have a cooldown of 30% of 10/15/20 seconds
40% for 40% of 10/15/20
The cooldown would also gradually increase as you level up (when the high jump gets a noticeable more amount of height) to eventually back to 20s or so
