It’s really been bothering me lately so… I’d just like to ask a question whether or not we’re able to possibly change cultures in the future.
Apparently, once all cultures have been added it is planned to give players a way to pick what culture they want to spawn in (maybe in the form of a quiz). Only then will a file that has already been created have one chance to switch cultures by taking that quiz.

when it comes to quizzes like that, all i can think of is Pokemon Mystery Dungeon quiz
Vetex confirmed on Twitter and Trello that he would be adding a quiz in the future. Once all of the cultures are added, players will be able to take this quiz to determine their culture.
