Common sense vs stupidity bro
To be honest I personally think the Peacekeeper wins this, I don’t really know the full extent of Luffy’s toon force willed by a god but I don’t think it’d go that far, considering at it’s core is not really toon force but rather creativity/imagination and making it actually happen by willpower, or something.
Also the AA verse has had their planet destroyed, eradicated, and made most of the humans extinct by people, so if there’s someone capable of doing that then, I guess the Peacekeeper is capable of doing just that to an extent.
