Proposal
Relics & Weapons have the tendency to stick out like a sore thumb when showcasing your character, often ruining drip and hence the user would feel bad for not being able to showcase their drip in live-gameplay with the idiotic Relics &/ Weapons.
Therefore, Relics & Weapons should have the option to be toggled visibility, just how accessories, chest piece and pants are at the moment, via the Vanity page as shown in the mock-image within the details.

Should this become a game pass over a free-feature?
Personally; no.
It’s a feature the player in a sense already has access to, it is merely being transferred over to Relics & Weapons.
Same may be said about extra vanity accessory slots, however, rather than transferring functionality, that would be expanding functionality, e.g. expanding the amount of vanity accessory slots available.

please god
vet did say he wouldn’t add something like this iirc
but weapon builds are currently forbidden from looking good while also having good weapons
seems unfair
Even if so, the aspect of “equipped weapons” have changed, as what would we classify Relics as?
Weapons? but they aren’t traditionally held., Accessories? then why is vanity visibility a thing for them?
It’s a iffy situation.
people keep making this piss poor argument that being able to toggle weapon visibility will give weapon users an unfair advantage by making it harder to tell what their kit is.
Same can be said for magic and spirit users, Relics are way harder to make out at a quick glance, and magics are only visible during combat or by flaunting.
It’s a silly argument.

Yea it’s not like you can hide your ARMOR
Like the stuff that can make or break a fight
Not only can you HIDE your armor, you can DISGUISE it with another!
No one would know I am wearing Lost Envoy!

This is absolutely something that should be added
My problem with Relics existing and then the argument of “you can hide your weapons” is that Relics hardly care about being seen:
The crystal orb just obliterates itself when not it use (it’s not on your avatar, anywhere). You literally only know a Spirit user equipped it if you see its particles / special move. And these things have synergies that you need to make note of unlike weapons.
That argument for weapons broke down as soon as we got Relics.

My warlord massively suffers from this problem cuz none of the weapons match the oathkeeper honoured set.
This could be solved if we had cool customizations for weapons.
We already have those colored auras might as well do other stuff with it and add that weapon crafting feature early.
No idea why only warriors can use it. Surely you can come up with a better awakening than that.
If I recall correctly, Vetex already denied changing any current awakening, making so Warrior’s Aura is forever a niche awakening without much benefit.
If crafting is to be implemented, then it’d be via 2nd awakening, not via anything else.
Any extension of what you mean by that?
i mean no, this is both a change i dont agree with AND would never happen in the future. ofc imma jinx it and it possibly could, but yeah i personally dont see it getting added anytime soon
yeah but why
you never explain that doofus
ohhh, well yeah i get visual clutter BUT i believe it shouldnt have a toggle just cause like.. thats silly, vetex no likey hammerspace and i personally think having it equipped on player character gives personality. its not really a pick and choose, and i like it that way methinks
then why not remove vanity entirely? imagine all the personality that would come with having all the armor visible
nope, noooooope no wordputting-in-mouthies
vanity works cause its either statless or horribly underleveled, but yeah no nope no removing all vanity i just dont want weapon toggles please
its like taking off the frosting on a already good cake, its removing some sweetness to it
i dont understand what youre trying to say lmfao
if you dont wanna use weapon vanity, just dont use it
