Remember vetex add 4x respawn time when you are near sky pumpkins?(lol copy and paste)

what else does this apply to
(especially seaweed and catalysts plz)

It applies to fruits and herbs with a permanent spawn location such as wheat, pumpkins, sky pumpkins, watermelon etc.

If it does apply to reagents & catalysts, it would probably be the same case where only ones with permanent spawn locations are affected by it
