Torren isn’t canon
source?
(nevermind, found it)
Oops, I forgot to reply to this when I meant to. When a curse user dies, all the curses they owned will shoot out their body and travel insanely fast to somewhere on the planet, sometimes even going into space, like a few of the grand fire curses did. So no, a sea curse would not take more than a month to go from the seven seas to war seas. Probably more like a minute or two.
Nobody in the war seas cares where their curses come from. It’s not like it’s possible to find out, anyway. You can’t know who previously owned a sea curse unless it was written down somewhere. The kingdoms of the war seas want power and dominion. They don’t care who the curse belongs to, they’re gonna send out people to retrieve it so that they can remain on top.
No, we don’t know any grand fire curse users. Torren had the Darkflame Curse, but he’s no longer canon. Techlevel80’s OC had the Inferno and Promethean Fire Curses, but he was never canon. Morock had the Promethean Fire Curse, but he fell in seawater and exploded. Now, his curse is somewhere in space, likely orbiting the moon or directly on the moon.
There’s no map of the war seas, dark seas, open seas or old sea. But TrollusRT created a map of the seven seas, so I recommend you check that out if you haven’t come across it already.
The seventh, fifth and fourth seas were all completely wiped out by Durza, who exploded into pure magic energy as a last resort to kill the Peacekeeper. What’s left of those three seas were all sent into space. The surviving four seas were plagued with colossal tsunamis and storms for decades. Extremely unpredictable weather, lots of droughts. Entire islands would go missing. The explosion’s initial shockwave even sent some sky islands falling into the sea, one of those sky island archipelagos likely being the racist town of Cerulea. In the now non-canon lore of WoM, the Peacekeeper lifted up the seafloor and filled it with life and vegetation, creating the continent of Magius, which sat on top of the seventh, fifth and fourth seas.
What’s the Dead Strait and the Great Sea?
Idk what the great sea is, probably another word for the open sea. The dead strait is a massive stretch of ocean with little air. It’s a dead zone and the only way to get to the seventh sea, unless you want to scale over the grand rift.

So it’s safe to say that the sky boss uses weapons, maybe also healing magic, making them a conjurer? Interesting to say the least
verdies flashbacks (with healing part)
it’s worded weirdly, either it’s technically stuff where it’s TECHNICALLY damage but it’s actually just improved healing, or it’s vampirism
Big oof
we just went from magic RPG to fucking detective game in arcane world apparently okay
Also I hadn’t considered this, but since we now know that the boss uses weapons and his story chapter is related to thunderstorms, he may have a weapon with lightning-like effects (like how sunken gives soaked)
The weapon could look like this but with lighting merged into it.
Please don’t mind the lighting rod.
Also it could possibly make storms, just a theory.
we may now talk again
