Reminders for AO (Part 1)

Bro Vetex better finish up all the islands or I will be amgrey :triumph:

Camps gonna be clutch bro

v1.8.60 is published

At first it was an idea to make hunger similar to minecrafts (in functionality, not drain speed before people overreact), but since saturation only really exists in minecraft for health regen and hunger doesnt affect health regen in AO, there was no reason to have saturation

Also I kind of imagine shark fins possibly being used in a potion that makes you swim faster or repelling sharks like those potions from AA you could buy (if they were in AA in case I’ve been playing too much AR)

You know, is vetex really gonna create every major feature and release the game? :skull:
One major update is roughly finished every 2 weeks - 1 month. So the inaccurate time AO might come out is in 102 - 215 days.

I don’t think he’ll do EVERY major feature before release.

Makes sense, plus I think at that point the ui might have gotten a bit crowded

I also want to ask about professions.
Are those going to be worked on, and if so what buffs would chef give to food because we already have the cooking ‘skill’ so I’m interested about what the profession could do

I doubt stuff like lost magics and ancient magics will be completed. And vetex also said that the whole dark sea won’t be included upon release. But it’s likely we a large portion of the major features. Most of the major features are on the to do list though so it shouldn’t matter too much

I really like the concept of a long mission where there is no rest and you have to prepare well, but I haven’t seen many games that do anything like that beyond a dungeon.
