Okay now what will happen to all the ancient fighting styles? I like them too much for them to disappear.

actually now that i re-read it im confused as fuck
does this mean that ancients magics will cease to exist or will they just be upgrades of base/ lost magics

I feel like Ancient Magics will still exist to add a different between their progression

ancient magics and lost magics will be a thing still, ancient fighting styles however will not exist at least according to this tweet

What I think is going to happen is that magic energy is going to be changed to just “energy” so that it makes more sense

So then replacing magic with fighting styles, yes ancient fighting styles will not exist but it’s likely that all of the current ideas for ancients(that we don’t know) will become lost/base and get upgraded tiers to put them on level with ancient magics or legendary weapons with however system vetex is gonna use to implement it

probably since the only thing stamina will be used for afterward would be t-jumps iirc

I figured out


Most if not all magics and weapons skills will get custom textures along with stuff like castle walls, trees, torches etc. making the game look 1000x better.
So this means “revamp magic visuals” (and weapon skills) again
