I’m guessing renown/bounty is more general while Notoriety is focused mostly on the GN’s measurement of your threat level

Cool new feature
It was only a problem because you had to rely on rng spawning these are 100% always located where they are supposed to be. You may as well be complaining about criminals camping the max level spawn island of a sea.
unlikely its actually a good player at the island trying to camp, most would prob get ganked since I think its a spawn island too
