Reminders for AO (Part 2)

well it’s just a side boss, apparently the story bosses like argos are easier

As long as it being “hard” isn’t reliant on big damage numbers and big health numbers then Idc

Oh he uses fighting styles? I didn’t even notice, that’s really interesting…

who said this

Yep, we’ve seen Crash, Smash, and Shot from him

If Argos is easier than he must be a walk in the park since two testers said Archon is easy to beat

either they’re too good or cryo has a skill issue then

Yeah a bit like ar

Hopefully later game bosses won’t be like AR’s, which can completely shred through your health in seconds.

@Cryonical How much issue is currently in your skill?

vetex clearly has at least a basic understanding of good game design so im pretty certain that wont happen

Story Bosses:

  1. Shura - Warrior, 1 phase
  2. Iris - Mage build, 1 phase
  3. Elius - Conjurer build, 2 phases
  4. Argos - Warlord build, 3 phases

Side Bosses:

  1. Cernyx - Warlock build, 2 phases

Stat builds are only speculatory of course, except for Cernyx who is pretty certain.

I’m fine with absurd damage moves as long as it’s reasonable and doesn’t hit you for doing literally anything

isn’t he a warrior build? he only drops normal weapons with nothing else, though its not entirely out of reason now that I think about it

Its theorized that hes a conjurer since his bow has a lightning-infused skill or something

Argos has strength weapons

Yes but if I said that he is “definitively a warlord” then a horde of angry forumers would be running at me saying “Actually he’s a warrior, the red energy is weapon aura” or “Actually he’s a conjurer, he’s using the awakening to imbue magic on strength weapons” or some other random nonsense.

his quest is called “thunderstorm” so most people think hes a conjurer with lightning magic
