Pretty sure they’re referring to the sea borders in Arcane adventures.
Basically, crossing into the next sea you had to go through a giant blue border that would teleport you to a server of that sea
In that case Im pretty sure they dont appear on quality 3(my settimgs)
thought resilience and stability were the same thing. my bad.
