Doesnât the potion apply a 90% boost instead of reducing rarities by 90%? 1/200 sunken is way too powerful.
well tier 3 (40%) brought a 1/10 to 1/6, so i think thatâs the only way it can work

donât worry someone will farm the ingredients for 50 perfect luck greatburst potions and then brew them all in golden cauldrons for insane fishing parties
