Good news for hybrids, they will have more than enough stat points to use Spirit Flight 
Always remember to check the summarized additions on the Roadmap card. Very rarely, it’ll include stuff that wasn’t in the patch notes. With that being said, what’s the “???” section of the Logbook? Is it actually called that or is it a spoiler? Was this in the patch notes and I forgot?
