Over a year ago, I made this topic: Poll: What do you think the forums will be like when AO releases?
Now that AO has been out for about a week, I wanna see how accurate people’s guesses were.
In the past 7 days, there’s been 1.9k new users. Not exactly internet-breaking, but still breaking what most people thought the results would be. Shout-out to the 4% of voters who believed in AO’s growth
Yeah most people were pretty accurate with this one, the top category has been Game Discussion, followed by Marketplace
Again the majority was right, hundreds of topics are being created everyday. In fact 318 have been created in the past 24 hours, damn
Probably too soon to say just yet, as it’s still bustling with a lot of activity. But yeah, I still think it’ll naturally simmer down.
There’re now 5 admins and 18 moderators for the forum, so exactly 5 people got a promotion between this poll and release. There were also a couple new leaders as well.
I’ll just redo this as a new poll: How excited were you when AO released?
