at least now we have an easy way to get the lightning badge, but this also means that new people are likely going to be killed by thunder repeatedly

guessing it’s going to be a thing that keeps the player from leaving when they first start out so that we can have a whole tutorial or something with morden

maybe vetex could change the badge such that you can’t receive it in places with stationary rain clouds
