Rival Titles

Suggestion: Rival titles.
After the first rival awakening, your rival should get a basic title similar to deckhands. Examples of this could be “Morreno, The Great” or “Quinn, The Destroyer”
This shows that your rivals are growing in strength and bounty, becoming more and more famous and feared, it is also a nice way to differentiate your rivals from others.

Kinda wish we had positive rep rivals we could encounter

though instead of a bounty board they would just be standing around in the wild or in towns and you could talk to them and then ask them to battle you.

And then you become battle buddies
