I, in fact, can’t observe any situation that might be troublesome on that image with a dark-skinned human on bottom east while the background is filled with billets of money with a clear message stating: “50 BOBUX”, while a white cat seems to be “Jamming” which might have the meaning of enjoying something that is currently happening.
They knew you were making a medium sized donation to a criminal organization.

My friend tried to upload a couple of images like that to Roblox several years ago and got warned and banned and then just the other week someone said “cringe” in the game chat and so my friend said “crin-gay” (like how crin-ge would be pronounced, nothing to do with the actual word gay) which got his 6-year-old account that he’s spent hundreds of dollars on terminated
He sent an appeal explaining how it had nothing to do with the word “gay” and Roblox declined it and still tried to charge him for Premium
