The small village in the woods, a peaceful and quite place to live in, until the terror comes to claim it’s price. Once every 5 years, like a thief in the night, it steals the ones you mostly loved, a noble sacrifice for the safety of many.
Once a normal person like any; with a family, a home to come back, dreams to chase, could not bear this untamed torture, the impossible mission of stopping the inexplicable became his doom, he now was one more dead hero. Slowly opened his eyes as struggling to wake up from a nightmare, he was alone in this unknown void, the feeling of emptiness as he felt how his heart fades away from his chest.
In a last rush to find the few drops of hope, running back to the place he once called home, that one peaceful and quite place he used to see in the mornings. All of them, safe as he wanted, a relief that only lasted a few seconds, until he realized that no one remembered his existence. From that day, he made sure that nobody could forget his face, even if it meant to appear in your worst nightmares, the reborn of a new world’s terror and the third Darksider.
Yet, just like many, a puppet of his own fear.

He’s an expert at playing with the feelings, the ability to see through someone’s thoughts is a strong weapon, which allows him to transform any battle into a living nightmare. After all, everyone is afraid of something.
Cons
His strength and power depends completely on how afraid his opponent is, his combat capabilities will be seriously reduced when facing someone emotionless or strong-minded.
Curious facts
Aside of mentally torturing his preys until the limit, he have found himself attracted by a new technology called “Photography” that was recently introduced and shared with the whole world.
He enjoys taking photos of an specific person and pinning them in a room within his chamber, although the identity of that person is still a mystery, Just as the reason for this tendency is still unknown as nobody has managed to go through the labyrinth of his ruins.
