What were you doing before bug occurred: Going through cutscenes in the nimbus sea.
Steps to reproduce: Have the Prodigy of All awakening, and go through a cutscene/load into the game. Stat spread % is around 10/10/40/40.

Hi, I’m in a bit of a conundrum with this. A 10-10-40-40 spread is impossible for savant (can’t have 40% in two stats). The game just won’t let you do it.
So, I am unsure how you are getting it to default to fs after cutscene. Do you remember any more particular details about your build stats, e.g. what stats were which of the above distribution? Nvm I believe I have figured it out.
However, weapon imbues attempt to reset (to magic in my cases) when entering a cutscene and appear to bug out in doing so, so I have reported that, alongside your video.

You are right, I discovered that it was >10/>10/<40/<40. The ratios however are the same.
