In arcane adventures there were quite a few sea curse enemies but in World of Magic i haven’t seen the idea of sea curse NPCs. Maybe there should be a very rare chance for a miniboss to be a sea curse user? Or a rare chance that the Magic Council captains could use sea curses?
Captains and minibosses? No,but in the future we will be able to fight high council members out of whom we know three use curses. Those being Trigno,Averill and John. Arsen is also still alive so we may be able to fight him as well if we ever threaten Alaela.
the peacekeeper destroyed most sea curses, the only curse holders are trigno, averill, john thorne, the peacekeeper, arsen, and perhaps other unrevealed characters. in the future you could probably fight the magic council leaders when your a powerful dark wizard
