Seasoned Writer Submissions

Xael:

Is the writer putting in more effort within the literature? Refer to any of their previous work and compare it to the submission. It should look like there was time spent on it, more than typical for their submissions to the general writing forum.

How lengthy is the submission? The submission should be at least be 2-3 full bodied paragraphs. I generally would not take anything under that into consideration, as it does not have enough “meat”, so to speak, to evaluate.

While not really important, take note of sentence structure, variety, and the general flow of their prose. Does the submission flow well? Does the submission sound coherent?

Has the writer posted frequently into the forum category? We want to seasoned writers that contribute a lot to the category, as they are what we want people to aspire to be.

in all seriousness, i have had an idea for a while now. Not sure how I’d execute it though. Whatever, school ends in two months, I’ll have more than enough time then. Anyways, time to do a last minute assignment

I haven’t even uploaded a story here yet (I think). I do write, but it feels lacking right now.

Guess I’ll have to write something one of these days then. Hopefully I’ll have the confidence to upload it when I’m done.
