Horizon Rosemary, while appearing to decrease duration of buffs, actually does increase the duration. However, because of how multiple buffs work, (duration time/number of buffs), the special effect of HR, adding fortified, causes the actual duration to be lower than originally.

Always cook with recipe specific spices, these give massive duration buffs, are rather common and there is one that works for all recipe types
