Lately, I’ve been trying to find the epicenter, but if I had found it, I wouldn’t be making this post. So, I’m here to ask for any tips that could make finding the epicenter easier.

Yeah, i have warding 5 diving set. Also i use Clearsight 4 for even better view.
My ship is good enough to, but all i need to know what route and how to sail to not sail past it somehow.
I don’t think there would really be a method for that

tryna freeload off your work so you bring him to the epicenter while hes basically afk
You say you use a diving build so I’m assuming you use musgravite or whatever it’s called. Use painite on theurgist set instead since you won’t be attacking anyways (use all armored except 1 virtuous). Now you have a tanky warding build that can survive annoying the dark sea’s rng.
The epicenter spawns randomly in a server and stays there so just head into a new server and just look around until you find it.

Uh so… Kinda complicated but
Epicenter always spawns in the middle of insanity 4 range
So, sail straight from the war seas until you reach insanity 4
When you hit it, start measuring the time it takes you to get from range 3 to range 5 in a straight line, a.k.a. how long it takes you to get through insanity 4
When you hit insanity 5, stop the timer, halve the time by two, then sail back to the war seas until the timer reaches zero
When it does, in theory, you’ll be at exactly the middle of range 4
Once there, turn your ship so that the dark ses compass needle is pointing from left to right, then sail while keeping the needle that way
In theory, this has a 100% success chance as, if executed perfectly, you are guaranteed to find the epicenter, since it spawns in the middle of insanity 4 range
This, however, does not account for maneuvers done around atlantean ships, islands etc., try to keep a straight course
Now, as for actual advice, not just the technique
Shipbuilder deckhand, maxed if possible, and as many crates as you can fit, first use deckhand ability, then crates, since the repair bonus will save you some crates
Max navigator to get away quickly from atlantean ships
Possibly controversial, but I’d say an enchanter can be decent, as it reduces the damage your ship takes
