this is so ass
wrong
ion care if its a tank build bro my caravel is faster than you
DAMN 8k ram strength
Yeah and I wonder what happens to that mighty caravel of yours if you leave it alone in the dark sea (which is pretty much a requirement if you want to actually get stuff from the dark sea)
I have multiple planned ship builds, but this is the only one I have at the moment (why yes, I do build my ships' stats before my armours’, how could you tell?).

The savant ship
Correct, and it’s overpowered (I have yet to see a single person sink it without attacking it by surprise when it’s docked).
On the chance that you were referring to its attachments
That’s because I like my ships when they have all attachments, that way anyone who boards on can use at least one while I save two for myself on each sides of its helm (until warden/oracle stat builds are available).
Speaking of sinking ships, back when the deckhand update came out, someone tried to sink mine to level up deckhands. You can imagine their frustration upon seeing it heal back to full health after dealing 30 thousand damage. Then by the time they almost sunk it again, it despawned because they decided that it was a good idea to kill me first.
They were not happy about that.
Uh this is the build I use. Apart from missing a Powerful scroll to enchant the siege weapon with, I think it’s done. I don’t know how to optimize a ship (I’m not knowledgeable in the stats scene in general, be it for ships or players), but I feel pretty happy with this. If you have suggestions let me know (especially about which cannons and siege weapon to use).
Deckhands are Navigator, Shipbuilder, Enchanter, and Cannoneer.
I respect the full speed but mainly I wanna comment on how beautiful the ship itself looks, that’s awesome man.
I have a few thoughts regarding those.
Cannons
Dragonfire Carronades
- Hits immobile ships harder than Iron Carronades would
- Good against docked ships
- When on a dreadnaught-class ship, counters rams extremely well
- Useless against moving ships as it would involve damage-trading
Overall worse than the Iron Carronades as it only inflicts slightly more damage in niche situations for a decrease in reload time, range, and increase in weight.
Iron Carronades
- Most short-time damage output of all cannons
- Has low range
- This downside can be nullified by learning how to aim
- Usage of hit-and-run tactics can also nullify this downside (unlike with Dragonfire Carronades)
The best cannons in the entire game by far as it pairs extremely well with the corvette-class ship meta.
Heavy Iron Cannons
- Balanced cannons
Best for players lacking in aiming skills as it inflicts a good amount of damage all while having a good range.
Iron Culverins
- Extremely high range
- High range that is realistically only viable for surprise attacks
- Requires an extreme level of aiming skills to make the most out of it
- Great when used on and against dreadnaught-class ships.
- Shorter reload time
- Reduced penalty when missed, great to learn how to aim
- Moderate damage
- Underwhelming when compared to titans (Iron Carronades, Heavy Iron Cannons), but still an upgrade from Heavy Cannons
Overall the potentially strongest cannons of the game thanks to their amazing range and average damage, unfortunately requires an unbelievable amount of skill to use.
tl;dr the “Potential Cannons”
Siege Weaponry
I made a wole topic regarding those, reading through the replies will give you a good idea of which is best for what situation.

decent
58 speed (I have 155)
It’s an improvement from back when I had a caravel
It had 55 speed
It’s worse than my 80 speed sailboat build(i use brig now)
how do u not go insane with 58 speed I need my 155 speed my a brisk light ram
If you have never had high speed you can’t miss having it.
true but like 300 speed with light ram active is very fun
