Setting to turn off incoming trades

Add a setting that turns off trading/prevents people from sending you trades.

There’s not much elaboration to do for this. This should’ve been a feature day one of WoM.

I feel like if you can’t turn off incoming trades, you should be able to hide things from the trade inventory
