The ones that close their eyes to go throw the mist, blinded by it’s seductive whispers, willing to accept the darkness for their desires, the world’s terrors incarnated. They have many names, fallens, adepts of the shadows, monsters, still there is one name that got carved into their identities.
The Darksiders
The shadows were awaking from the girl, impatiently consuming everything on it’s way, all the evil, suffering and madness from the world reincarnated on a single person. As the people in the town ran away from her, afraid of what they couldn’t understand, the girl, quietly sat in the darkest corner of her house. The memories, happiness, joy, slowly fading away within the pictures of a non-existing happy family.
Alone, in that corner of what was once her room, she found a new familiar, someone that would never abandon her just as her parents and friends did.
her happiness and joy was now playing with the shadows, a distraction to tolerate the loneliness while she finds a new family, after all, a single partner isn’t enough.
The first Darksider in the list, yes, there are others that gave their hearts to the darkness of the world, but how many?
Shade is meant to be the representation of the joy of using a dark magic, the “fun” of exploring it’s potential, does this means she’s evil? even with a sadistic smile, will she protect her new “family” once she finds them?
as for now this have transformed into an infinite lore possibilities, maybe one day i should start a serie, one day
