This is a full list of pretty much every dialogue in the game, not just the stuff that affects stats.
Worth noting that a lot of story dialogue options only have 2 choices - so it’s impossible to have “pure” dialog stats (unless you stop playing after speaking to Morden on Dawn Island).
Even if you min-max, your stats are still going to look fairly balanced.
I wonder what happens if you pick a dialog option that increases a stat without concluding the conversation, then walk away to restart the conversation. It would be the most useless exploit imaginable, but you could get as much wisdom as you want!
