This a suggestion by no means. I did have a thought however on how shatter magic is going to be working. I had 2 thoughts on how it might work and what it will do against enemies and how it will effect the environment.
First Idea: My first thought when I heard of shatter magic was the Quake fruit from one piece used by Whitebeard.
I later came to the conclusion that this is casted not apart of the user like a sea curse is. This means that the magic will function more like my next example⦠The one and only, Gildarts of Fairy tale.
Second idea: Gildarts is one of the strongest characters in the Fairy tale universe and for good reason. He uses the Crush magic which practically nullifies any magic or object it comes in contact with shattering it into pieces no matter if its a solid, liquid, or gas. Now you might be asking yourself βHow will this function in AOβ well my dear viewer I will tell you. If you have ever played the game blox fruit which iβll assume most of you have, you might have come across and or used the control fruit. This fruit is based off trafalgar laws operation fruit from one piece. One of its move being levitate stick, with me now.
This may be a bit of a far assumption but I think that shatter will act like this fruit in specific. Your move will be casted, when activated it will affect the general area around you (that which can be affected) you will now be allowed to shatter a destroyable object and possibly hurl it at an enemy. Another use of this magic will be to shatter an oncoming blast but not to a full extent because that would be too op. Instead you will shatter it and bits and pieces of the blast will come off which will cause the oncoming blast to shrink in size and aoe which would make this a very strong magic.
I hope you enjoyed reading through this dumb idea, my brain has been shattered because of this magic.
