This was a post like on July 21 on this bug but apparently wasnt fixed or just happened to make it back into the game
friend just found out for some reason at level 50 heavy vist shield goes from 1150 dur with 34% blocking power to 900 dur 28% blocking power
just upgrade a vist shield to level 60 with heavy (idk if the other shields also have this bug or if the shield having heavy does it)
f9 didnt show anything idk probably just some stats in the wrong place
