Should I farm cooking skill on a new file or keep rejoining on another failed build file just to cook?

I have a failed build but it has superb cooking skill. My good build only has decent cooking skill.

what should i do
  • keep rejoining on the failed build every time you want to cook something
  • farm cooking skill on the good build

Cooking isn’t that hard to max, so I’d wipe the slot if you really don’t want it
