Should i get to lvl 140 quickly?

I am trying to lvl a slot on one of my alts to lvl 140, I am following the video from aphrodi, should i afk for like 3 hrs so my alt doesn`t get banned as she said it in the video, or should i just lvl up to 140? lvl 34 and 2 hrs rn

you only get banned if you get to level 119-125 in under 3 hours so your fine

besides its not possible to do that anymore unless you get boosted
