Should I trust Roblox?

So a while ago I did this trade and got this item:


The trade was glitched and I didn’t get the item so I emailed them multiple times and the final thing they told me was:

It’s been 1 full month now.
Should I trust Roblox to get me my item back once the fix the bug?
Keep in mind this bug must have been a thing since 2019 or early 2020.

I can’t easily read the text on the second image, even zooming in.

And Roblox Support doesn’t have the best reputation right now.

That item is worth a lot of real life money. Could you hypothetically take them to small claims (you shouldn’t do this even if you can, but it would be cool if that was an option).
