So originally Savants were gonna get a 2nd magic/fs for 1st awakening and get imbue stacking for 2nd awakening but now in full release savants 1st awakening is imbues and 2nd awakening is imbue stacking which does help savants when there’s no 2nd awakening so I ask when 2nd awakening happens should savants get imbue stacking along with 2nd magic/fs or is that a bit to broken and make Savants too versatile. Just so you know it would increase a savants imbue options and it was originally gonna be that way and it would give savants 8 more attack options also I’m wondering does imbue stacking make normal imbue 1st awakening seem kind of irrrelevant for a Savant I’d really like some opinions please
Savants should get imbue stacking along with 2nd magic/fs for 2nd awakening
Savants should only get imbue stacking for 2nd awakening

Also btw please say if you have Savant bias or not
Another btw I might have Savant bias
Oh yeah btw pretty sure Imbue Stacking means you get to pick from one of you from each of your spirit weapons magic and fs it doesn’t mean taking every single spirit weapon every single magic and every single fs and putting them into one thing just so all know
So one couldn’t imbue 3 spirit weapons 2 magics and an fs onto a weapon for example but they could imbue a spirit weapon magic and fs onto a weapon
Something just occurred to me there might be some Savants that don’t want to Invest in Spirit and use Spirit weapons and If so they will be missing out on 3 imbue options and also they’ll have 15 less attacks so maybe that’s another reason for 2nd Magic/Fs so even if they decide not to invest in spirit they still have just 1 extra ability they can use for imbuement and 8 more attacks and will help allow for Savants who don’t want to use Spirit Weapons
Honestly, I feel like the more tools savants get, the more people are likely to realise that no one is pressuring them into using all of them. That being said, I do feel like double magic imbues could create extremely problematic stuff and be very busted
wait hwn you say double magic imbues do you mean an extra magic to imbue with or imbuing 2 at the same time on an fs cause im pretty sure Savants can only stack differing methods of combat not the same so they can only go spirit magic str weapons not magic magic fs
they are getting imbue stacking but I don’t think they can imbue stack 2 of the same method of combat I don’t know if this is 100% true but it does seem highly implied especially considering 2 magics cant be used at the same time
yeah no, that’s what I meant, but I didn’t even consider that if they can imbue multiple of the same combat tool, they’d be able to have triple spirit weapon imbues, which could be really problematic on weapons with all the bleed synergies
Oh yeah I agree even with my savant bias Savants already get access to 3 spirit weapons a magic and an fs imagine all that being imbued on to a weapon it’d be insanely broken
I feel like after 2nd imbue, savant will just stabilise at the top of viability rankings, cause like, there’s necessarily gonna be a bunch of great combos in the insane amount of variety
I think it’s a good second awakening without the extra fs/magic
I have savant bias, I’ve made a minimum of 6 savant files and it’s my favorite class
but I will say
I think multi-imbues are plenty for the savant class to stand out already, along with access to a lot more features such as hybrid (arc/spirit) weapons likely being able to be used on it and double imbue being nowhere else in the game it doesn’t need the second magic/fs (and second fighting style is broken asf, trust me.)
So no, savant does not need a second magic/fs
I also do not want to see my goated underdog skillbased class become meta. Please do not make savant meta.

I have a lot of savant bias.
Though I do think they should have a choice, having a 2nd magic & FS route
Or
Having 1 single lost magic/fighting style
Having a 2nd fs and magic will absolutely make savant extremely versatile and can stack stuff like having a teleport dodge reflex along with more blocking power from boxing.
Or
Sacrifice versatility for a tad bit more power. While only being able to imbue 1 or 2 things at max.
I’m not sure if anyone would like to fight a savant at that point but I definitely do not want to fight a mage with an ancient magic imbued with a lost magic. Like fighting a mage with Apocalypse bringer imbued with slash… Which is basically pseudo cataclysm.
I really like savant, but uhh
game balancing??? why are so many people voting for the 2nd magic/fstyle? savant is already going to be scarily strong in both pve and pvp, and giving it that WILL make it the best class for everything in the game once it drops hands down
No, I like having 1 magic and 1 fs for my perfect true savant. Having an extra of something would make you have to lean into that stat to be more efficient
I really don’t think double-imbuing will be as strong as you guys are making it out to be, most synergies got nerfed and they are halved on imbue, and the stat boosts from imbuing are minimal, it’s mostly just trading one stat affinity for another.
Therefore I think imbuing a lost magic/fs onto a weapon will be better overall than double-imbuing a weapon, so savants should get more versatility in exchange.
Not really, just having the option of the imbue helps and many magic and fs have utilities like boxing gloves blocking power, sea platforms, good tp reflexes, etc.
