This actually happened before I started drawing this. Except that I was just fishing. Then the silly navy guys came (and got stuck under the sailor lodge platform for almost the whole time)
Her clothes are based on the assassin clan uniform thing but with some inspiration from her original design (which is why it isn’t entirely accurate to the assassin look)
I agree but NPCs should definitely drown after swimming for a minute or two straight.
Navy NPCs will literally swim from Redwake to Ravenna to kill you.
When I played as a criminal, my least favorite part (outside of the useless jailtime mechanic that serves literally no purpose beyond being a waste of everyone’s time) was always needing to check behind me to see if the swarm was getting too close for me to stop at an island.
