Silverhold unclaimable

What were you doing before bug occurred: I reduced the influence down to the point where no NPCs respawn, killed all the npcs, and there is no claim bar for silverhold.

Steps to reproduce: idk it just magically didn’t work for me?? i just saw someone do it right before me and they claimed it with no problems

Is it currently claimed by another clan? Once it’s been claimed by one clan it can’t be claimed by another
